What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for an enthusiastic Vice President of Client Success to build, maintain, and fine-tune Octopus Interactive’s client campaigns and partner with leaders across the organization to turn existing clients into brand champions and position Octopus Interactive as a trusted partner for ongoing advertising initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing relationships with all of our clients to ensure they understand our platform and we understand their goals
Partnering in the design and oversight of a strategy which enables clients to optimize their campaigns and achieve their target metrics and goals
Maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies in charge of executing campaigns
Leveraging data to set expectations for growth targets
Developing client-facing materials and products, such as our online dashboard, for continuous innovation and improvements
Ensuring the team is delivering against key performance metrics and inspiring improvement in collaboration with peers
Creating and delivering actionable responses to data by identifying opportunities to continually grow retention and revenue
Understanding and utilizing internal and client data to drive better business decisions, predict/increase revenue, and optimize processes
Identifying opportunities to protect existing revenue and analyze revenue variances
Establishing key Client Success metrics and process development to continue scaling and growing the Client Success function
What You’ll Need in Order to Be Successful:
5+ years of leadership experience in Client Success in a high-growth advertising or Ad Tech environment
Experience working in Video or DOOH channels is highly preferred
Deep understanding of the Advertising Industry
High EQ, with the ability to gracefully communicate with clients as well as create alignment across cross-functional teams to drive results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into digestible messages
Must be adept at problem solving with all levels of internal and external clients

We’re searching for an experienced, passionate and strategic Vice President of Marketing to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading our brand evolution and positioning to reflect our substantial growth, innovative vision, ability to execute, and market differentiation to ensure that we are recognized as an Ad Tech leader
Defining our marketing communications vision, strategy, programs & channels to maximize our results with industry media, analysts, and influencers
Generating revenue by increasing leads through successful marketing for the entire organization, and using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations
Building data-driven performance marketing channels to scale marketing efforts across the organization
Supporting our sales team with sales enablement materials
Collaborating and strategizing with the executive team about the company’s mission, solutions, and business model
Maintaining relationships with industry partners, such as DPAA and OAAA, and coordinating presence at live and virtual events
Proficiently leading strategic marketing, media mix and KPI conversations
Staying informed about new solutions, technologies, and opportunities in the AdTech space
Building and leading the marketing team
Partnering closely with the Sales, Creative and Product teams
What You’ll Need in Order to Be Successful:
10+ years of demonstrated success in a B2B marketing role with prior success across all marketing disciplines in high-growth B2B, advertising or advertising technology companies
Experience in the Video or DOOH advertising channels is highly preferred
Must have experience leading teams through execution across content marketing, public relations, brand development, creative, multimedia, digital marketing, social media, customer marketing, and thought leadership campaigns
A proven track record in building, getting buy-in and executing marketing plans
A data-driven decision-making process with a knack for compelling storytelling
Previous experience with CRM tools and marketing automation
Established connections within the advertising industry, including with press and media
Successful execution of performance marketing campaigns with analysis and optimization of pre-determined budgets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to gracefully communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Fast learner with a deep curiosity to continue learning
Proven history of meeting objective metric-based goals
Strong leadership presence, organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Startup experience a plus
