We’re searching for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer, who can collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and business units to architect, develop and maintain a variety of applications to support our growing platform. This position is based in our HQ office located in Bethesda, Maryland.

As our Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the company’s tech stack, including tablet, phone and web applications, backend server applications, automated ETL processes and communications to users, data visualizations for platform stakeholders and operational applications that optimize internal processes and efficiencies. You will lead and oversee a team of engineers and developers responsible for building new and supporting existing applications. You must ensure that coding standards are followed and documentation is maintained. You must be obsessed with coding, sharp with logic, appreciative of business goals and workflows, and able to communicate with a wide variety of team members. We are a startup with strong traction and the sky’s the limit for the right developer.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of professional software development and engineering experience

  • BS/MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience working with large code-bases of existing Production applications, starting projects from scratch and contributing to a project’s full life cycle.

  • Sharp analytical skills to understand existing applications and come up with innovative solutions.

  • Experience leading a team of developers and communicating directly with stakeholders.

  • Agile development process.

  • Server-side stacks such as Python (Django/Flask) and/or Node.js

  • Thorough understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Experience developing APIs and cloud services with a focus on continuous performance optimization.

  • Experience with front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, TypeScript

  • Experience integrating third party APIs and SDKs.

  • A startup attitude: hands-on, proactive, seeing your role as more than just a job

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Adtech experience – working with VAST based Programmatic ad servers, SSPs and DSPs.

  • DevOps and CICD experience with AWS Cloud.

  • Experience in native Android mobile application development (Java / Kotlin)

  • Experience in React Native development.

  • Experience working with MDM platforms.

  • Experience in Google TensorFlow Lite.

We’re searching for an Account Executive to help generate demand for advertising space on our rapidly-growing network of screens across the country. You will leverage our existing happy clients, such as Walmart®, Disney®, T-Mobile®, CBS®, Red Bull® and other national brands, to build a large book of recurring business.

What you’ll do:

  • Negotiate and close new business and renew current clients consistently
  • Evangelize rideshare video advertising as an essential component of any media mix
  • Prospect and acquire new business opportunities within top agencies and brands
  • Work closely with the CRO and marketing team to develop sales leads and new strategies
  • Build and maintain a large and active pipeline of high-quality leads
  • Assist in managing large accounts and support client success teams
  • Leverage creative, tech, and product teams to drive new sales assets and campaign capabilities
  • Work closely with client success team to develop strategies for campaign execution and client retention

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of proven top-performing sales experience. Sales experience in selling video, OTT, digital, or DOOH advertising is a plus
  • Proactive approach to prospecting and pipeline building; CRM experience
  • Comfortable working directly with executive team
  • Disciplined, goal-oriented approach with a history of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport on the phone
  • Highly organized and efficient with time management
  • Can’t-lose attitude and approach to winning business
