What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a Customer Success Associate to help support the Driver Team in growing and retaining our driver partners. Octopus Interactive is a fast-paced, high-growth company, and we are looking for someone who is ready to put in the dedicated work to make an impact as part of a dynamic and lean team.
The Customer Success Associate is integral to the growth and retention of Octopus drivers, addressing questions and feedback from existing driver partners, making outbound courtesy calls to new members of the Octopus community, and helping to maintain and enhance the exclusive driver culture that makes Octopus an industry leader.

You have a strong attention to details with superior record-keeping & reporting comprehension for on-going CRM maintenance
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to tickets and emails from driver partners using company CRM system, and assigning follow up tasks or calls as needed
Monitoring Octopus driver-facing products and helping coordinate troubleshooting with engineering, product and other teams as needed
Maintaining an expert pulse on Octopus driver feedback, motivations, and product concerns
Displaying a regular positive attitude, helpful disposition, and enthusiastic tone with every driver interaction
Contributing ideas/organizational assistance for driver community engagements, contests, meetups, giveaways, events, etc.
Becoming knowledgeable on rideshare industry information, FHV/driver regulations, and Octopus communication processes
Supporting the Driver Team with additional assignments as needed
Making outbound Courtesy Calls to driver partners to promote Driver Community culture & provide helpful guidance for new members
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Flexible schedule (rotating weekend coverage will be required)
Ability to work in our HQ office located in Bethesda, MD (post COVID-19)
Spanish-speaking highly preferred but not required
