What does it mean if my account shows “Action Required”?

As seen in the image above, you may notice or receive messages that Action is Required for your Octopus Account Status.

You may need to take action on your account for the following reasons:

  1. You have been away from rideshare driving but did not set your account to Away
  2. You have not been driving with the Octopus tablet for an extended period of time*

Please set your account to Away until you expect to resume driving with your tablet. Setting your account to Away lets our team know that you’re off the road, so that we don’t contact you about low tablet activity.

*If you have been consistently using your tablet and your account is showing that Action is Required, your tablet may not be operating properly. Please submit a support ticket using the form below if you believe your tablet is not working properly.
