My referral bonus is not showing up.

The Referral Bonus Incentive Program is a way for you to refer other drivers and earn an extra $25 each successful referral!

Here’s how it works:

1. Share your unique referral code with the driver you would like to refer.
2. They enter your referral code when applying for their tablet.
3. Once they are approved for the tablet and activate it, you’ll both receive a $25 bonus.

You can track the status of your referrals, including which step of the application process each person is in, from the Octopus Driver App or Driver Dashboard. 

Why didn’t I receive my referral bonus?

Your referral bonus won’t be applied in the following scenarios:

• Your friend did not enter your referral code when applying for the tablet.
• Your friend’s application was not approved.
• Your friend’s application was approved, but they have not activated their tablet yet.
