How can I update my TLC license number? (New York City-Only)

As part of our agreement with the TLC to operate Octopus tablets in New York City, all drivers must submit their TLC license number directly to us. If you are unable to provide a TLC license number, please let us know by submitting a ticket using the form at the bottom of this page.

To update or submit your TLC number, please complete the below:

1. Open the Octopus Driver App on your phone
2. Tap Account
3. Tap Manage My Account
4. Tap Driver Info
5. Submit your license information in the TLC License (NYC only) section, as pictured below:
