- I received a text that my tablet may be impacted by a bug.
We sent an SMS to drivers with devices that may be impacted by a tablet issue that our engineering team is currently investigating. This bug can reduce the driver points your device logs.
Our team set your account to Away mode, just in case this bug is causing you to receive low activity notifications. Please drive with your tablet plugged in and powered on as normal – your tablet will log as many points as possible and will work normally for passengers. Away mode only turns off low activity notifications for your account but does not affect tablet activity.
There is no need to contact Driver Support at this time. If your points look off after a week, simply let us know using the form at the bottom of this email and we’ll credit any missing points after a quick verification.
