The last step on your application is to upload screenshots from your rideshare app of choice (e.g., Uber, Lyft, Via) that show you complete 100 trips per month! Please be sure to include both lifetime rides and a screenshot of recent weekly rides.
If you are primarily driving for Uber, your screenshots will look similar to the images below:

If you are primarily driving for Lyft, your screenshots will look similar to the images below:
You can find your Lyft Profile page by tapping the three dots in the top left corner of the app, before tapping Driver Info.

- To add a screenshot of the profile page in your Uber/Lyft app, please click Add Screenshot under the “Your profile page screenshots” section, as pictured below:
- To add a screenshot of your most recent week driving 25+ rides with Uber/Lyft, please click Add Screenshot under the “Your weekly trips screenshots” section, as pictured below:
- Once both screenshots are uploaded, please input the total number of lifetime trips you have completed before clicking Complete, as seen in the image below:
Please note! You can upload more than two screenshots to your application to show that you complete more than 100 trips per month. If your screenshots do not show that you complete more than 100 trips per month, your application may be waitlisted until we receive the proper screenshots.
