Starting your day with Octopus is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Before you start driving rideshare for the day, we recommend that you check the following on your Octopus device:
- Your tablet is plugged in and turned on. This helps ensure your device is charging up and you earn points from your very first rider.
- You are able to see your driver profile information in the bottom right corner of the device. This is the quickest way to check that your tablet is connected to our system and logging your trips
- The volume is set to medium, so that passengers are aware of the device as soon as they enter the car
