My tablet screen arrived with damage.

We ship new tablets, and all tablet screens leave our HQ in good condition without damage. If your tablet screen arrived with significant scratching or with cracks in the screen, our support team will work with you to review the damage and to coordinate replacing your tablet. Please select the condition your tablet arrived in below for instructions:

If your tablet screen arrived significantly scratched, please first check that there is not a protective film on the screen (similar to the film on new phones). If there is a protective film on the screen, you can remove the film and the screen should be in perfect condition! 

If there is not a protective film on the screen, please take a photo of the scratches on the screen and send it to:[email protected]. Once our support team receives the photos, we will review the damage and process a replacement for you.  

My tablet’s screen has cracks in it.

If your tablet screen arrived cracked, please take a photo of the screen and the box the tablet arrived in and send it to [email protected]. Once our support team receives the photos, we will file a claim with FedEx and review the damage to determine the best steps for you to receive a replacement tablet.
