My tablet screen arrived with damage.

We ship a combination of new and refurbished tablets, and all tablet screens leave our HQ in good condition without damage. If your tablet screen arrived with significant scratching or with cracks in the screen, our support team will work with you to asses the damage and to coordinate next steps. Please select the condition your tablet arrived in below for instructions:

If your tablet screen arrived significantly scratched, please first check that there is not a protective film on the screen (similar to the film on new phones). If there is a protective film on the screen, you can remove the film and the screen should be in perfect condition!

If there is not a protective film on the screen, please take a photo of the scratches on the screen and send it to: contact@playoctopus.com. Once our support team receives the photos, we will assess the damage and determine the next best steps with you.

If your tablet screen arrived with cracks, please take a photo of the screen and the box the tablet arrived in and send them to: contact@playoctopus.com. Once our support team receives the photos, we will file a claim with Fedex and assess the damage to determine the next best steps with you.
