As seen in the image above, you may notice or received messages that your Octopus Account Status is DELINQUENT.
Your account may be DELINQUENT for the following reasons:
- You have been away from rideshare driving but did not set your account as Temporarily Inactive
- You have not been driving with Octopus tablet for an extended period of time*
Please follow the instructions on your Driver Dashboard for the proper way to proceed.
*If you have been consistently using your tablet and your account is delinquent, your tablet may not be operating properly. Please submit a support ticket using the form below if you believe your tablet is not working properly.
