What does it mean if my account is "Delinquent"?

As seen in the image above, you may notice or received messages that your Octopus Account Status is DELINQUENT.

Your account may be DELINQUENT for the following reasons:

  1.  You have been away from rideshare driving but did not set your account as Temporarily Inactive
  2. You have not been driving with Octopus tablet for an extended period of time*
Please follow the instructions on your Driver Dashboard for the proper way to proceed.

*If you have been consistently using your tablet and your account is delinquent, your tablet may not be operating properly. Please submit a support ticket using the form below if you believe your tablet is not working properly.
