If you receive an error message after logging in to the Driver Dashboard, please complete the quick troubleshooting steps below:
- Close all the windows in your internet browser, then open a new window and attempt to sign into the Driver Dashboard again.
- Clear the cache and cookies on your internet browser, then open a new window and attempt to sign into the Driver Dashboard again.
