Why is Octopus merging with T-Mobile?

T-Mobile has long been our connectivity partner – powering our LTE/5G data plans and partnering with our team on tablet sourcing and advertising sales. Our strong relationship is now culminating with this acquisition.
This will help us introduce Octopus to more rideshare drivers across the nation while continuing to offer our driver partners the same great product and top-notch service you have come to expect from our team.

Who do I contact for Play Octopus support?

No. Your Octopus tablet will continue to show different games and advertisements from a variety of T-Mobile and Octopus partners.

Will the platform continue to be called Octopus?

We will continue to use the name Octopus, and any future changes on this will be communicated immediately to our driver partners.

I use T-Mobile for my cellular phone service. Does this change anything?

No, you will continue to be a client of T-Mobile for your phone service and a driver partner of Octopus. We will be exploring ways to enhance the tie-in between these services in the future.
