We’re sorry to hear your tablet was stolen! We’ll help get you set moving forward – please complete the ticket submission form at the bottom of this page to report your tablet as stolen and request a free replacement tablet.

Please make sure to select the Category: “Table Lost or Stolen” to complete the report.

Please Note: If you have had more than one Octopus tablet stolen, we also require that you file a police report online with your local police department.
