My tablet battery keeps dying.

If your tablet won’t hold a charge, please complete the following troubleshooting steps before contacting support:

  • Plug your tablet into a wall outlet for a few hours. Then power the tablet back on, plug it into your car charger, and resume driving as normal.
  • Please try to charge your tablet using a different charging cord and charging port if you have one on hand. If your tablet charges using different charging equipment, please notify us using the support form below and we are happy to send you the proper new equipment!
Please note: The tablet needs to stay constantly plugged into the car charger while you are driving in order to keep it powered on.
 
If your tablet will still not hold a charge after completing the above steps, please contact support using the form below.
