Your driver profile includes your profile picture and fun information for your passengers to see when they click the Driver icon on your tablet! To update your driver profile, please complete the following:
- Log on to your Driver Dashboard at: account.playoctopus.com
- Click on the three lines at the top left of the dashboard, as seen below:
- Next, click on the My Account button on the left side of the screen and the Tablet Profile link, as shown below:
- After clicking Tablet Profile, click Edit to change your information, as seen below:
- Once you have updated your information, please click Submit at the bottom of the screen, as seen below:
If you need to change your first name, last name, email address, or the market you drive in, please contact support using the form below.
Please note: All changes made to your tablet profile may take a few minutes to appear on your tablet.
