You don’t need to do anything to complete software updates on your Octopus tablet! Our team takes care of everything to make sure your tablet is on the correct version.
Your tablet will flash a white and black screen when it is installing an automatic update. The flashing normally stops within around 15 minutes, once the update has finished installing.

Canada Drivers: Your tablet may not update and show a message on the screen that says: “Couldn’t download update.” This is expected behavior, and no action is required.
