We will send a verification code to your phone number on file when you login to the Driver Dashboard at: account.playoctopus.com.
If you do not receive the verification code on your phone within 30 seconds – 1 minute, please follow the quick troubleshooting steps below:
- Text the word UNSTOP to (855) 888-6286. This will ensure you are able to receive messages from our verification code phone number
- Check the phone number we have on file for you is correct. If you haven’t received an SMS from Octopus within the past couple of weeks or you don’t recognize the last four numbers that the verification code was sent to, your number is likely out of date!

- If your phone number on file is correct, confirm with your cellphone carrier that your phone number is set up to receive SMS from toll-free numbers and our phone number: (855) 888-6286
If you use a VOIP service like Google Voice or a landline phone number, our SMS provider will be unable to send you a message. Please contact our support team using the form below for help updating your phone number!
