Why haven’t my payments arrived yet?

Once you click the Cash Out button on your driver dashboard, your payment will be deposited into your linked account within 3–5 business days. Play Octopus earnings will appear with the description “Play Octopus” or “Stripe Payout” in your linked account.

If you do not receive your cash out within 5 business days, please double-check that the payment was sent to the correct debit card or bank account linked to your driver dashboard at: driver.playoctopus.com/dashboard/payments.

If your payment was sent to the wrong debit card or bank account, please update your payment details before contacting support. Our team can then check if your cash out will be redirected to your updated account. Once your details are updated, it may take our payment provider up to 7 days to send the payment to your new linked account.

Please note: If your cash out was sent to an incorrect debit card that has not expired, your payment may have been successfully deposited. We are unable to resend the payment to a new debit card or bank account, but our support team can provide a receipt of the transaction to assist your bank in locating the payment.
