My points aren’t adding up properly.

Since we aren’t linked to your rideshare apps, we estimate your trips using the GPS in the tablet. Over time, short and long trips average out to provide an accurate estimate of your completed trips at the end of the month.

If you notice a large discrepancy between your completed trips and what your Driver Dashboard displays over the next few weeks, please contact our support team. We’ll troubleshoot your specific tablet to resolve the issue.

Please note: Your points earned with Octopus are updated twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Additionally: To earn points with Octopus, your tablet must be properly mounted and plugged in.
