My tablet is not working properly.

If your tablet is not working properly, please complete the following initial troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart your tablet by holding down the power button on the top right of the tablet and clicking “Power off and restart.”
  • Check Airplane Mode is turned off by holding down the power on the top right of the tablet and ensuring that the box reads “Turn on Airplane mode.”

If your tablet is still not working properly after completing the above troubleshooting steps, or if you notice that your tablet says No Location or No Signal on the upper right corner of the screen, please contact support using the form below.

Please note: When submitting a ticket, being as descriptive as possible will assist the support team in troubleshooting your tablet quickly. The support team may also ask that you submit a picture of your tablet for troubleshooting.
