LG Devices: To turn “Airplane Mode” off, please hold down the power button on your tablet, located on the top right corner of the device, until the tablet options box appears. Then, click “Turn off Airplane Mode,” as pictured below:

My tablet says “No Location” in the top right corner.
As a first troubleshooting step, restart your tablet by holding down the power button on the top right of the tablet and clicking “Power off and restart.”
Please wait for a few minutes after restarting your tablet to ensure that “No Location” does not display again. If your tablet still says “No Location” in the top right corner after restarting your device, please call us so that we can fix this issue remotely. We can be reached via phone call at (240) 366-5877 on Monday – Thursday from 9AM to 6PM EST and on Fridays from 9AM to 4PM EST.
My tablet says “No Signal” in the top right corner.
If your tablet says “No Signal,” please complete the following initial troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your tablet by holding down the power button on the top right of the tablet and clicking “Power off and restart.”
- Check Airplane Mode is turned off by holding down the power on the top right of the tablet and ensuring that the box reads “Turn on Airplane mode.”
If your tablet still says “No Signal” after following these steps, please contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.
My driver profile information isn’t showing.
If your driver profile information isn’t showing, please complete the following initial troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your tablet by holding down the power button on the top right of the tablet and clicking “Power off and restart.”
- Check Airplane Mode is turned off by holding down the power on the top right of the tablet and ensuring that the box reads “Turn on Airplane mode.”
If your driver profile information still won’t show properly after following these steps, please contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.
My tablet screen is damaged.
Please send a picture of your damaged tablet screen to: contact@playoctopus.com. Once we receive a picture of the damage, we will be able to determine the next best steps for fixing your device.
Please note: When submitting a ticket, being as descriptive as possible will assist the support team in troubleshooting your tablet quickly. The support team may also ask that you submit a picture of your tablet for troubleshooting.
My tablet screen is not responding when I touch it.
If your tablet touch screen is unresponsive or says “Unlabelled Button” when you tap the screen, your device likely has “Accessibility Mode” enabled.
To disable “Accessibility Mode” on your device, please press and hold the Volume Down and Volume Up buttons on your tablet at the same for 5-10 seconds. When “Accessibility Mode” is successfully turned off, a confirmation message will flash across the tablet screen.
