My points aren’t adding up properly.

Since we aren’t linked into your ride share apps, we estimate your trips using the GPS in the tablet. Over time, the short and long trips average out to produce an accurate estimate of your trips at the end of the month.

That being said, if you notice a large discrepancy between your completed trips and what your Driver Dashboard is showing over the next few weeks, please let us know our support team will troubleshoot your specific tablet.

Please note: Your points earned with Octopus will update twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Also, your tablet must be properly mounted and plugged in to receive points with Octopus.
