NYC FAQs

Given TLC regulations in New York City, we do not air advertising content, but instead show entertainment content, including interactive games, sports scores, and videos, as well as public service announcements and public health and safety messages.

Thanks to the support of drivers like you, the New York City Council recently passed legislation approving in-car advertising tablets, and the TLC is expected to introduce updated regulations in the next couple of months. We are expecting to have some good news to share soon!

Sincerely,
The Octopus Team
